How it works
Built layer by layer.
Five steps from your camera roll to your mantel. Scroll through them.

01
Send us photos
Snap 6 to 10 photos of the house on your phone. Our photo guide shows exactly which angles help most. Live in Oakland or Genesee County? We can come take them for you.
-
02
We model it
Your photos become a detailed 3D model of your home: the rooflines, the porch, the window layout, the little details that make it yours.
-
03
You approve it
You get renders from several angles before anything prints. Want the shutters darker or the old porch swing added back? Ask. Nothing prints until you say it's right.
-
04
We print it
Your mini is printed in color, layer by layer, then cleaned up and finished by hand. That's real footage from our printer.
-
05
It ships to your door
Packed carefully and shipped anywhere in the US. Local to us? We can drop it off.
Print 001 · Holly, Michigan
Twenty-six years, on a shelf.
Our first HouseMini is Mark Cohoon's house, home from 2000 to 2026. Eighteen phone photos went in. Out came a full-color mini with the sloped backyard, the deck over the walkout, the chimney, and a nameplate with the years.

How much does a HouseMini cost?
Every house is different. Price depends mostly on size and how much detail the home has (porches, dormers, trim). Send a few photos and we'll reply with a quote. No obligation.
How close will it look to my actual house?
Very close. That's what the approval step is for. You'll see renders from several angles before anything prints, and you can ask for changes until it looks right.
How do you model a house from photos?
We use the latest AI-assisted 3D modeling tools to turn your photos into a model, then refine the details by hand. The better the photos, the better the first draft, which is why we put together the photo guide.
What if I don't live there anymore?
Old family photos, real estate listing photos, and Google Street View screenshots often do the job. Send what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it's enough.
What is it made of, and how big is it?
Each mini is 3D printed in color in durable plastic, layer by layer, then cleaned up by hand. It sits on a base with the lawn and driveway, and it can carry a nameplate with a name, the address, and the years. Most are sized to sit on a shelf or mantel. We'll recommend a size when we quote. See a finished one.
How long does it take?
It depends on the home and how quickly we land on an approved model. We'll give you a timeline with your quote. If you need it by a certain date, like a closing or a holiday, tell us up front.
Do you ship?
Anywhere in the US. In Oakland and Genesee County, Michigan, we can also do local drop-off.
I'm a realtor. Can I order these as closing gifts?
Yes, and we'd love to work with you. Reach out about ordering for multiple clients.
